I was taking a questionaire sent via email through "Product Research" Company.in order to qualify for the "free" gift you had to choose an offering from several of their "sponsors". Jevene was one I had chosen and agreed to pay the $5.95 shipping for a "sample" product.
First, I never got the free gift from Product Research (a ripoff/scam of it's own) but Jevene then sent me what was supposedly a "full size" of their product and charged my credit card $57.90. I tried to call but couldn't get through. Whenever it did answer you were left on hold and then it hung up on you.
I contacted my credit card company and they helped me through alot of the process of getting out of this. Jevene has enrolled me in a membership with auto ship/auto charge. After alot of searching I was able to find my "member" # and cancel online. I then paid to return the item (return receipt). When they credited my account it was $15.44 short. Again, I can't get in touch with anyone. And the credit card company says there's nothing they can do.
I have no product and am out over $30.00 on this whole ordeal.
