The Essence Of Youth Charged me for products not ordered or authorized.initial order was ONLY free sample with 3.98 shipping charge. Ripoff

Ad on internet for free sample of cream; just have to pay 3.98 shipping charges.

Cream came. I didn't check bank state in October but saw in November i was charged 57.90 in October.
Another shipment came today (November 18th) and charged 57.90. With some kind of product.

I immediately sent email to company complaining and telling them i did not join any membership and wasnt going to pay. I did not realize at the time that they had charged my checking account. They wrote back that i could mail the stuff in and get a refund.

However, i saw on this web page that it says i have to pay for shipping and handling and also that they keep 15% of the price of product.

I looked online at my banking statement and discovered the charges in October and November.

I found the web page where it list violations and rip offs by this Jevene company and some people never got their refunds at all.

Please someone file a class action suit against this fraudulent company!!!
