Warning! Aetna (ppo!) health insurance is not covering preventative checkups!
My so-called health plan with Aetna clearly states that I am fully covered for checkup ups (though once in every TWO years)... However, as I made the unpleasant discovery during my first checkup in TEN years, these unscrupulous thieves aren't even willing to pay for tests for preventative checkups in spite of having given me absolutely NOTHING for the thousands of dollars they have received for SUPPOSEDLY providing insurance which I never used in all these years, until now... And all for a SIMPLE CHECKUP!
After my checkup I was sent a bill for over $250 from John Muire health because AETNA did not cover the tests during my checkup.
