Cvs caremark is the WORST prescriptions benefit manager I have ever had. It stands in the way of the care a Doctor tries to prescribe for their patients. I have NEVER had the problems trying to get necessary prescriptions that I have had on this plan. The customer service is terrible and I get a different answer from each rep I talk to. Nobody has any idea what they are talking about! It is absurd to have to wait 30 days or longer for an "authorization" to have to go through on an absolutely necessary medication. I guess I will have to go to my local pharmacy and pay for it out of pocket. Kind of defeats the purpose of insurance doesn't it? On a scale of 1-10 my customer satisfaction would be at least -25! I am praying that my prescriptions provider will change soon! I will also never shop in a CVS store and will tell all of my friends not to either. I guess it all comes down to $ and the greedy SOB's at CVS will never see another dime of mine!!!
