Poor Customer Service - customer service

I've been using CVS in Twin Rivers for years, but I am just about ready to switch. I absolutely love the pharmacy and pharmacists, they're all wonderful. On the other hand, the cashiers, Marcus in particular (I think thats the one), and a certain shift manager named Scott could use some serious customer relations training. My cashier was talking to his friend the whole time during our transaction instead of focusing. Therefore, he charged me for two boxes of hair color when i had a coupon for one free one. When I point it out he refunds me. I leave in a hurry only to find out when I get home that he took the box he refunded so i ended up with just one box and still paid for it although i gave him a coupon for one free hair color! So he rips me off 11.99 tax. THEN I realize the one he refunded me for wasnt the correcet amount even. He only returned 9.99 tax. Seriously? THEN when I call the manager Scott acts like Im wasting his time or irritating him because im upset. He was so rude. Maybe if you trained your employees or picked better ones you wouldnt have to deal with complaints like mine. Until then the manager needs to know how to make it up to the customer to make them feel satisfied. He almost didn't even say sorry. He mumbled it once at the end of the conversation. I will most definetely be switching pharmacies because of this. Although the East Windsor pharmacists do a spectacular job, their co-workers at the registers ruin the store. Just sayin.
