My experience has been nothing short of a cascade of erronious errors on Go-Optic.com 's part, lies, (dozen's of promises that I would be contacted back by a supervisor to resolve ongoing escalating issues with my order/never was I called even once) - which I never received. Finally seeing that this company is bogus with an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau, and 4 - 5 weeks of back and forth bizarre actions on their part, I chose to cancel my order. It became clear this company was at the very least, poorly structured and beyond that assuredly involved in illegal activity. My experience was that after they refunded my monies into the wrong account, I used two forms of payment; which was AFTER I started a dispute with them through JP Morgan Chase Bank - my banker advised me to let it go, I got my money back, and he would take care of the problems presented by how the refund was issued. I never saw any product cross my threshold. I considered the matter closed as of 1.23.2012.

Another JP Morgan Chase dispute, called the company, contacted my personal banker, and filed a report of fraud and grand theft with the FBI. I will not stop until I fully take this business down. They STOLE from me, I did not in any way shape or form agree to what they did, or place an order or even speak to them, since we had what I thought closed this matter in January of dated the 23rd. My full intention is to take this company down. Please, anyone else who has been defrauded by this company please contact me via this site. They need to be removed from the internet completely, and fully dis-assembled.
