My husband was a patient of this facility since we moved here 17 years ago. But due to an alarming number of instances with the office staff being rude directly over the phone, leaving rude messages, losing crucial patient data - than expecting us to relocate it - when it's needed for a change of medical equipment, and hanging up on their customers when they return their calls with an explanation. I find it hard to believe the good physicians established here are able to continue practicing with the number of patients lost due to this behavior.
