Very poor customer service and cheaply made glasses. Make sure that you know off all the advertised sales before going into the store, since they will not offer the best deal to you and will not provide you with the acurate sale programs that are currently active. Be sure to ask for a breakdown of all that you are ordering since If you have a problem, you might not get ripped off, (I paid to have my glasses polished, but it was not specified in writing, so when I received the frames that were broken and needed to be reordered, they wanted me to pay for the polishing again.
