The office staff at The Howell location of All American Smiles Dental Group are friendly unless you really want them to do something. They are not helpful at all. They take days to complete simple tasks like looking up if my insurance paperwork has come in yet. Not to mention they don't use any tracking numbers of any kind when they try to ship you expensive dental pieces like a crown, etc. It took them almost a week to figure out they actually had the crown and that I had never received it after they had filed suit against me for not paying for the crown that they had the whole time. Very unorganized and I would never encourage anyone to visit their office.
