I accidentally order twice from the website on my initial order. As soon as this happened I called and was assured I would have my money back within two days.
Now it has been exactly a month and I have called probably 25 times. Each time I get someone who tells me something different. "If I don't have my money back in two days, call back and ask for me" is what I keep getting told.
That would be great except when I do that I am told a) he's not in yet, another hour b) (an hour later) oh, he's not available today at all until I say that I was already told he would be in soon and to call back, then he magically is there. It's like pulling teeth, but I will harrass these people until I get my 157.00 back in my account!
