This company took advantage of my husband and my family... When my husband first went for the (free) offer we had no idea that we were being charged repeatedly for the medication... When my husband received the product he read the caustion areas and found out that if you had high blood pressure you should not take this product, so after calling his doctor to make sure, he was told that this product was a bad product and not to take it. On the very same day, he called them and cancelled the product.
Without us knowing they had taken the 69.00 from our account from the very day he received the free sample, it has been 4 months now and they are still debting our account. We are devistated on this matter because they have now cause a overdraft on our account of almost 1000.00., we don't have that kind of money and it is also our food and bill money... THe bank says they can't do anything about them taking the money out of his account except by closeing it and reopening another account.
Leaving us without food money or bill money... We need some help with this matter. I read that there was a law suit in progress. I need to know an attorney I can contact about this as well. Any help is apprecated. Please help us with this, i don't know what else to do. If you can help me it would be wonderful... This company does not need to be in business...
