They "require" you to have a Deep cleaning and not honor your general cleaning requirement per your health insurance. Had this done not more the one 1/2 years ago. AND charges $18.00 to get medical

Charges $18.00 to get medical records and requires you to have a deep cleaning and not honor the general cleaning required by dental insurance. Had the deep cleaning done by a different dentist not more then 1 1/2 years ago and definitely do not need it.
