Today 8-7-12 my wife took my beloved "daughter" Zoe, a 9yr old American Pitbull, to Hope Vet Clinic, for a teeth cleaning and mole removal on her elbow. When my wife called to set up the appointment she was told that it would be no problem and they would remove the mole's while our dog was out on the table for the teeth cleaning. She was also told she would be ready to pick up between 2 to 3 o'clock. When I show up at 3:15pm was disappointed with the lack of air conditioning in the clinic! (It was a 99 degree day and about 83 in the lobby!) After waiting my turn, the receptionist tells me that they will probably have to keep her overnight! What? Because they havent done the surgery! It wasnt a surgery it was a teeth cleaning and a simple mole removal!
Obviously we trusted our baby with people who DO NOT HAVE A CLUE! I thought I was going to loose it, but I gained control and told her I would have to call my wife.
