Have you heard of a scam artist company, they go by different names, but it's all one company: GSCM, Ultra Herbal LLC, Nutralogy, Pacific Naturals; they are an internet base company, selling "natural" herbs to lose weight “Caralluma, Dietrini, Colon Cleanser such as Bowtrol, Acai, herbal medications to stop smoking, grow your breasts, grow your penis, natural homeopathic products in liquid form to treat some venereal diseases, such as genital herpes, genital warts, etc, etc. They have two websites: Healthbuy.com and Markethealth.com
Oprah Winfrey and Dr. Oz also have filed a law suit against this company.
These people are 100% crooks, You can find them in the US, they are based out of Burbank, California, their address is 2049 N. Lincoln St Burbank, CA 91504, and 350 N Glenoaks Blvd #304 Burbank, CA 91502; they sell all over the world, and the loses are the gullible Americans, Brazilians, Australians, British, French, Asians and even people from Middle Eastern countries have been hit. Once you make a purchase thru their website, your credit card gets many other charges (instantly), and when you call them to find out the charges, they pretend they don’t know what are you talking about; they say they don't know..., plus they are rude on the phone, however the charges happens immediately after you place the order online. They advertise as 100% money back guarantee, but if you open the product to try it out, they don't accept the merchandise back. So, what kind of money back guarantee is that, which doesn’t allow you to try the product? That’s not any type of guarantee.
I would like to hire an attorney to get my money back, plus to punish these crooks, it should be illegal, companies such as these ones are a shame to some people who are trying to do some legitimate businesses in the internet, the owners are millionaires now, by legally robbing people. The BBB (Better Business Bureau) has more than 279 unanswered complaints against this company, only here in the US. Nobody is doing anything about it, except for Oprah and Dr Oz, they started a law suit against them, as they were using their names, without their knowledge or authorization, saying they were endorsing their products. Their Acai product, only God knows the percentage of Acai, perhaps zero!
