Received order of Revitol Eye Cream last June & was happy w / product. Today, rec'vd. Email offer of "lifetime free refill" paying only shipment/handling of $4.50. Got sucked in & enrolled in this"once in a lifetime offer" only to get a confirmation that $16.97 (?) will be charged to my card monthly.
Immediately called Customer Service Brenda; was told no cancellation policy. Asked me to forward "their" emails (?) to her, I did. Referred her to Terms & Conditions that said "can cancel anytime"; still kept on yapping about no cancellation, nothing I can do to get out of situation, etc. Had to raise my voice to stop her from interrupting and reminded her I am the cusotmer and she's the Customer Service (?) agent but still to no avail. Decided to call in my credit card Customer Service and received the service I needed. They took charge. Now I even doubt that this company will send me the same quality product had I agreed to this false advertising. This is a scam! Please do not allow yourself to be deceived. I am not the only one. Check out the internet and see how many people have been sucked into Healthbuy scams.
