I wrote to Berkeley (P.O. Box address) in June or July asking them to cancel my "membership" and to send no more Rogisen. Thinking them to be a reputable company, I failed to keep a copy of my letter.
They told me I could discontinue at any time, but they ignored my letter and send more Rogisen, billing it to my credit card. Any time I try to call them, the message is always, "We are experiencing an extremely high hold time, " and then urge you to use their website: www.askberkeley.com. When you do that, you find that there is no email address and no cancellation form - no possible way to contact them.
