My Daughter along with my honey, had purchased a Solara Tanning Gift certificate, My daughter and honey were not aware of my medical prescriptions saying to stay out of sun and especially tanning beds... I have migraines... I take imitrex shots.
With Migraines you want to stay out of sun and away from heat and some smells (like Air Brush Tanning)
I took my presecriptions and gift certificate to Solara Tanning and asked for a refund. The Manager said they do not give refunds and suggested I give this 60.00 gift certificate (my daughter and honey gave me) to someone else. What terrible customer service. I told the manager I didn't know anyone to give the certificate to (not that I would cause IT was a GIFT.)
This company refuses still to give me a refund.
I would not ever tan at this company or any other Solara Tanning. This one was in Melbourne Florida and the manager was
Diana Moller.
