This physicians office blatently charged my insurance for providers which were never made on the specific day of support. This workplace has twice charged me for three hours of neurological assessments done on my small child equally for times of support 2/24 and 3/22, which is really a day that OUR SON WAS NOT EXAMINED AND WASN'T EVEN EXISTING, and college documents back this up. The particular appt under consideration was for that physician and myself to-go over check results for assessments given about the PRIOR 2/24 day of support. Obviously, my insurance refused the identical state therefore the physicians office tried to follow me for that statement. After I approached the payment division (Ben) on 6/5, he basically called me a liar, loud talked, berated and talked over me, flat out refusing to answer ANY of my questions as to why I was being billed for services that were not performed on 3/22. Again, I noticed that after I came, his workplace SOMEHOW had lost the check results they had PREVIOUSLY FORMERLY OBTAINED BEFORE THE APPT on 3/22 in certain arbitrary file (they never discovered that document) which I'd to hold back one more time within the reception as the man scrambled to re-rating the check results so the physician and that I might ultimately review them...
