Prior to going to Pearle Vision, I sent them the backup of my Medical Health Insurance card to confirm the eye examination is lined. They established in Positive and that I visited the Store. After the First check up they questioned me for $40 for Dilated Eye examination as this isn't included in Insurance. WHY did they not inform this before.?? This MONEY might have been a plus for them. But I hook them up to store and requested them to check on with insurance again when the Dilated eye examination is covered. I noticed the Support worker & Physician murmuring concerning the Dilated Examination fee. They are in possession of extravagant Phrase for this named "Co Pay" that will be clear. They Understood that my Insurance includes 100% of the costs... Why part of the examination becomes co pay today.??? Ultimately Physician examined me as she'd previously Dilated my eyes. But they declined to Supply me a duplicate of the Assessments completed.
