Phony late fees despite evidence

They're impossible to cope with. First they'd my address wrong, and "did me a benefit" by waiving late fees that i did so not occur since i have didn't get the initial statement or data! Subsequently, they keep charging me injust late fees. Ignore calling and talking to them they're the rudest people. I delivered copies to prove that i had been not delayed with my cost, and that i obtained a letter declaring " they're unable to waive the late fees". What??!!! I've proof plus they are still giving me an issue. It is terrible you need to do their part and pay promptly, plus they don't handle you pretty or hjmane for instance. It is actually like signing with the devil! It is awful
