Signed up with NBLA in may promised major comprehensive insurance coverage, had to go through radiation and chemotherapy treatments for throat cancer, when the hospital filed the claims with NBLA they were denied saying the her cancer condition was "pre-existing". We presently owe the hospital $130,000 because they denied the claims even through the hospital called NBLA and were told that she was covered.
