NBLA contacted me on Dec5 wanting to talk to me about health insurance. I explained i had just retired at age 62 from a company that I had a group policy with for 17 years, but I had already been turned down by two companies for type 2 diabetes. They said they would sign me up for coverage to begin Dec15 and charged my MC $506 including a $110 enrollment fee. On Dec10, I received my COBRa information about the same time I received my NBLA packet. I decided NBLA was not for me and I wrote them a cancellation letter which they should have received by DEC14. According to their policy I have 30 days to look over policy and cancell with written notification. They have not contacted me indicating they received my cancellation notice. I have read too many complaints about this company and i do not trust them
