I requested medications over the internet, my credit card was billed 07/06 and I am still waiting for my order. A $200 charge was debited to my card entitled "Medical Expenses".
Repeated requests to their help desk have been ignored and as of 08/17 I have not heard from them since 07/05. Their on-line chat assures me that holdups are common, now they won't even talk with me.
I have filed a report with the FTC and will talk with the Solano County District Attorney's office tomorrow.
They are still on the internet and from the grammar I have read over their "on-line chat" it seems they originate from Latin America.
