I signed up for personal traning, was not happy with the service, wanted to cancel my traning and wanted a refund of the unused money paid for traning. I was told their were no refunds. Spoke to the corporate offices, they said no refunds, My attorney said no refunds. I am out of luck. I lost $400.00 because they are not responsible for their service. If your trainer does not call you or return you calls, it is your job to beg to be treated as a valued client.
