I've an excellent CVS influenza photo tale for everybody!!! I reside in Laurel, doctor and visited the shop on 15100 Baltimore Ave (shop #1790) to get a basic flu shot on 10/11. Following the pharmacist given the chance, she fumbled it, after which inadvertently stabbed her flash with my APPLIED hook. She subsequently explained that she “didn’t understand what to complete! ” and sent me home. She named me on my own mobile phone at 9:45 during the night and explained she required me to return and complete paperwork. Subsequently, she named me THREE more occasions the following day, and stated she needed me to obtain bloodwork performed to ensure I had been not good for something.
I finally decided, (I’m a pleasant individual, I understand I’m totally good but she was frightened). She stated she set up the cost and that I might simply appear and obtain the bloodwork done. 2 more excursions towards the urgent-care later, I ULTIMATELY obtain the cost authorized from CVS and obtain the bloodwork done-for her. Obviously, it had been good, and that I believed it had been throughout. BUT WAIT!!! 1 week later, I obtain a statement within the email from LabCorp for $340.00 IN MY NAME. I contact the neighborhood CVS and also the supervisor stated it had been MY OWN DIFFICULTY between your pharmacist and myself and declined to assist me resolve the problem.
I eventually approached the organization workplace for CVS at their 1800 point, and 21 TELEPHONE CALLS and 2 1/2 months later IT'S STILL NOT SOLVED. I've been mistreated, I've not talked with anybody who'll assist me, and that I am today contemplating appropriate action against CVS and also the pharmacist that has badly managed himself and it has been totally unprofessional along the way. Everybody - steer clear of the Laurel CVS (and perhaps them all, they overcharge for that chance anyways, $29.99, truly?) for the flu shot.
