First credit services, inc
Inform FCS that they sent a bill to in my 16 yr old kid and the operator was very rude stating that's not my problem if you are not calling to make a payment I have nothing to say then hung up on me

I phone First Credit Services regarding a bill that came in minor child name this guys was very rude and blunt then he started yelling at me if you are not calling to make a payment then it was nothing I can do for you then hung up in my face. This is surrounding a membership that I sign for my 16 yrs old son.

I cancelled the membership without doing a exit interview so the gym state until I came in to do a exit interview I would continue to be billed I inform the gymi was no longer in the area but they state it was ther policy. So instead on my name being sent into the credit department they sent my sixteen year old sons who in no way should be responsible for my actions
