Arlene rogers sweepstakes with very fine print to sign up for php services never shown but took 19.90 dollars out of checkin since 2007 without noticeing i know was stupid onmy part but have other bills taken out b

Inoticed in march 16th 0212 while lookin at bank statement found i was havin 19.90 removed from my account so called bank and they told me comin from PHP 1-800-533-5694. Icalled number got Arlene Rogers suppose to be customer manager. Told me at first i was payin for travel services, had never recieved any info on it. My husband called them right back and told hm it was health services for eye vision and dental. He ask for proof they finally sent a paper i signed with no knowledge it was for a electronic transfer bya sweepstakes company. My bank want do anything, ihave had been ripped off since 2007 Ifeel so stupid, but i did not see fine print and it was for a sweepstake not a alternate service. So i would like to see restitution for taken advantage of people. Please alert other unknowin people not to get scammed like me. Thanks Dresden, Tn
