The first associate I had spoken to informed me that my insurance covered 80% of my iud. He also said I had to pay in full before it was shipped to the doctor. So I went ahead and paid $230.00 up front, however it was never taken out of my account. A few weeks passed, and I received a bill in the mail for 750.00 dollars???!!! Called cvs about the bill, and they told me that when they billed the insurance company it was not covered? Told them I no longer wanted it. So I get a call from the doctor saying they have received the iud and wanted to go ahead and schedule the app.??? (still getting billed for 750.00 dollars) called cvs (again) and they informed me that I still had to pay even though I had no knowledge of them sending the iud with no form of payment. One person tells me one thing, and another tells me different. This as been nothing but a huge headache. What part of I I don't want the damn thing!!! Do they not understand?! Someone in their office made a boo boo and now I have to pay for it. Bullshit. If they messed it up, they should fix it, but they expect you to call everyone and straighten it out yourself. So I leave this review... Terrible policy, customer service - not helpful.
