When I spoke with Mr. Lockman about purchasing a fasting package at his center in Panama we had a discussion about what was available at the center and what I could expect for my money. I was also told that if I paid up front, I would lock in the rate "forever" and receive a discount.in regards to the center I was advised that there would be:
Morning meditation classes
Fresh, organic fruit and produce
Intelligent lectures regarding health (this is obviously opinion but...
Clean linens
Exercise program during after the initial re-feeding period. He also said they stressed high intensity interval training (HIIT) which I asked about. He probably doesn't even really know what that is.
Frequently had malfunctioning health equipment, lack of proper equipment, and reused equipment to save money (yuck).
