I am very concerned because of the negative feedback i have received from our patients. As a health agency integrity and empathy is important. We had patients expire while waiting for someone to answer the phone. Our organization's reputation was ruined in less than 1 month. Mr. Bryan Weinstein and Mr Joe Pores (CEO and VP) both have a good show to get our business but once we signed the contract, we discovered unethical business practices. The patient does NOT come first at Call4health. Fudges reporting, inaccurate data and rude agents. Many tImes it has taken over 20 minutes for an agent to pick up.
They manufacture a part of their business called call4nurse. We wanted to have a nurse available if our patients needed guidance from a medical professional. Our legal team became aware that despite being told they had nurses apart of their organization, no real medical professionals or nurses on site or reside apart of another department. Also when asked for a recording of patient calls, they made a mistake and sent us 2 calls that were manipulated.
Mr. Bryan Weinstein gave a good sales pitch but I would not recommend this organization to any hospital, home health care facility, or physicians office. They say they have agents with medical backgrounds answer the phones but that is not the case. When making a test call, the agent thought I was a person calling from planned parent hood. That scares me. A call4health agent told me he would write down all my information and have someone call me back. I have him my protected health information! They sound to have hippa violations all over the place. Nice people but I would not recommend them. As a matter of fact we have can CXLD our contract. A scam to lure you in with low rates but can't provide te service they sell.
