I applied Garnier Ultra-Raise 2-in-INCH wrinkle reducer and one hour after implementing it your skin on my experience. Our experience turned warm and scratchy. After I went in to the toilet and appeared, my experience was red and rough. A rash had coated my experience and throat, my eyes actually started to swell. It's been two times and my encounter continues to be red and spotty.
