Empire Physicians Medical Group broke hippa confidentiality would not see a 5 month pregnant woman who was having a breakdown

MARGARET COOPER-VAUGHN is a horrible OBGYN with no compassion for her patients. My cusin was 5 months pregnant and she had an emergency and she wouldn't see her or talk to her. My family had to call and she was rude to them and hung up on them! Horrible Dr. Stay away from her!
