I paid on 13 February an amount of R974.13 paying for 2 bottles and get 1 for free, per credit card online. They send the order number as 2220001445 per e-mail and confirmed that it has been dispatched on the 13th.
I send a few e-mails afterwards asking the status of my order or whether they can provide me with a tracking number. Every time they will respond with the electronic mail. And then I saw on the web that Nuvoryn was banned in South Africa and will be destroyed at customs.

I asked them for a refund. The person that answered the phone took my details and said that one of the consultants will phone me or they will e-mail me to tell me the next step in the procedure to get a refund. I am still waiting them to contact me. Hoping that maybe they will give me my money back. I have also send a lot of e-mails to the UK and SA e-mail addresses provided: [email protected].
