My husband ordered a free sample of enzyte, which was only suppose to cost $4.95 for shipping and handling. A few weeks later they took $69.99 from our checking account and will not give us a refund for a product that we have not received. They said that we were obligated to a Management care program which we were not told about.
I called to talk to them about it and they hung up on me b/c i do not have my husband's credit card number memorized. He then called back and they told him that he ordered the product, which he didn't and refused a refund.
