I ordered 4 containers of AAKG capsules from the company's website because it seemed like a good deal. When I received the products, I was surprised to see that the containers contained powder rather than capsules as advertised on the website. I then decided to weigh them on my kitchen scale and was even more shocked when I realized that each container weighed about half the weight it was supposed to weigh.
When I called the customer service department, the agent gave me some bs about the product evaporating before they sent it to me because their storage facility in Nevada gets very hot (How can a product in a sealed container evaporate?). He then told me to simply return the package to the return address marked on the package and I would be refunded.
A few days after returning the package, I confirmed through the tracking number given to me at the post office that the package had been delivered successfully. I waited a few more days and when I noticed that I had still not been refunded, I e-mailed customer service to remind them to refund me. Their response was that they did not receive the package and that since the post office does not provide the specific address to which a package is delivered or require a signature, that I had no proof that they had actually received it.
TOTAL SCAM. This company is 100% dishonnest and obviously ships products that are significantly different than what is advertised with the intention of receiving them back and then denying the refund. An honest company would apologize for sending out an unsatisfactory product and refund their customers immediately even before getting the deffective product back. What ever happenned to the customer is always right? Anyone working for this company should be ashamed to call themselves American!
