Rip-off! It has been 4 months now since my order and I can't even reach them anymore. Nationwide, U.S.A

I placed an order with them and they told me it would take up to 45 days to receive it. It has been 4 months now and I can't even reach them anymore. They billed my credit card $108.01 and they will not give out ant info on how or where to reach them. I hope someone can help with this problem because I live on a fix income and can not afford to loose my money!
