Ripoff I did a Loan signing for Josie on 5/14/04 and I have never been paid

I did a loan signing for this company on 05/14/04. I have called many times and I was connected to a voice mail for Josie. I was told she would be in at 2:00 PM. When I called at 2:00 PM on any day, I was told she is on the other line to leave a message
