Fraudulent billing of my cc for $180.70 and never received product Watsons Bay

I placed an order on May 23 with Worlwide Pharmaceuticals and my visa was charged $180.70 and I never received my order. I demand refund immediately or I will contact my lawyer to proceed legally. This is fraud and should be stopped and your company should be shut down immediately.
