I used these guys three times over the past year. The first two times, never had any problems at all.
The third time however, was a total waste of time and a shock. The main kid who answers the phone, "Dustin" is nothing more than a smooth talking salesman.
I ordered products from them on January 13th and now January 25th, nothing still has arrived. U.S. Postal Mail does not take nearly two weeks to ship items that weigh less than 5 pounds.
I called EphedraWarehouse.com three times. The first two times, I was informed they would contact the Post Office to find out what was happening with my order and would call me back within 15-25 minutes. I was never called back.
After calling back the third time, extremely frustrated, I asked why it's so hard calling Customers back when they say they're going to. The response was, "If we have no new information, why call you back?" Wow!
I tried explaining a basic principle to this Dustin kid and the excuses just kept rolling down hill like a snowball. After demanding a full refund, literally, several times (because he just wouldn't stop running his mouth and blaming the entire world for his own un-accountability), I was hung up on and received an order cancellation within seconds.
Very rude, unprofessional and flaky. If I had to guess, this guy sounds like he's around his twenties the way he speaks to Customers. This new Facebook generation seems hell bent on doing everything it takes to get the dollar, while doing little to nothing in following up with loyal Customers when problems happen. It's really sad and unfortunate.
Oh well, someone else will get my business from now on who are professional.
