I used the phone to place the order and it was automatic. I tried to leave and the loop and cancel my order when I found out the total, but instead the system added things to my order!
In the end, I could never get to a live person. I tried to cancel out, but the option to cancel was not available. My socks arrived and they cost $61.97, but the postage was $41.94.
I ship things all the time to folks, and this little box had about $4 in postage. I am so mad! I am mad as hell! This is a rip off. If I return the merchandise, I will lose $41.94 plus the postage to send socks back.
This is one big, fat rip off.
