This gym is disgusting. The owner is fat, greasy, and unhealthy looking. He sits in the corner and will not even attempt to engage in small talk but does a great job of looking like a creeper perv.
The stories about being misbilled are true. I have to dispute their transactions on my credit card every month because they always overcharge and end up refunding a portion. I recently decided to cancel my membership, but when I called to request a copy of my contract I was told by the rude secretary Tracy that she didn't have time. I asked that it be faxed to me. She huffed around and said she would fax it but of course she didn't. I ended up going in to cancel, wrote them a check for what they were asking and got a printed out receipt as proof that we were done. I also informed my credit card company to not honor any debits they try to make as the membership was cancelled. So what happens? The d-bag owner is calling, leaving messages that the charges won't go through on my card. Unbelievably stupid people run the joint.
