The other complainant here should consider himself lucky that he actually received his order from this company. I purchased a set of gymnastic rings, marketed as "EXF Rings", on September 20th. My Visa account was immediately billed upon ordering it, but no product was ever sent. November 5th (7 weeks after the order was placed) I sent an e-mail (which the company states is its preferred mode of communication) to inquire about the status of my order, and asking to please reimburse me for the amount they charged if they do not plan on sending my order. As of now, December 12th I have yet to receive my order, a response, or a refund.
