I ordered three items form cpapsupplyusa.com. Two were correct. The third item was supposed to be an S9 DC converter. The box said S9 on it. When I opened it up it was a visibly used and an S8 converter.
I called them up and told them what had happened. The first lady I talked to didn't seem like she new what to do. I called back and talked to another lady. She talked to her superviser. They said they would have to look at some number to prove that it wan't the correct item.
The plugs that go into the back of the machine do not even match. They told me to ship it back at my expense. I told my wife this and she called them to get a pre-paid return label. They told her that they had sent me an email saying that they were in the process of mailing me this lagel.
I never received and email before or after their conversation. Now I have to order somewhere else and have it next day aired so that I can leave on time for orientation at a company. Thanks for messing my order up.
