Went to business for eye exam and glasses. Used a frame I already owned, so just needed to replace lenses. Per my request, I wanted to retain my Nikon lenses with old prescription. After such a poor job on my new prescription, I requested everything be returned to original state. To my surprise, they could not find my Nikon lenses with my old prescription. They asked I be patient and give them a few days to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, they thought a senior citizen couldn't remember and they tried to pass off a transition lens and another generic lens. Needless to say outside only having one shaded lens is very difficult to use. The generic lens is not even to my prescription.in turn I am now left with a useless set of glasses. The doctor's daughter is the receptionist (Sandra), so needless to say her poor customer service skills irritated me; furthermore, she would no longer let me speak with the doctor, which I am sure would have handled the situation with dignity and respect. Yes they did issue a refund, however they destroyed my perfectly good glasses. Nikon lenses are expensive and reusable. They have deprived me of my Nikon lenses. I cannot see well enough with these glasses anymore, very difficult. I only ask of what is correct, if you inspect the current lenses, common sense will show that the lenses are mismatched, and the prescription is not mine. These are certainly not the lenses I presented to them.
