I just have a quick resource that consumers might like to peruse if they're thinking about patronizing this or any other 'dietary supplement' company—www.ftc. Gov/bcp/menu-health.htm

There's quite an exhaustive list of FTC actions here, though this company isn't included. I've found that the sales practices described here are pretty widespread.
