Recently I named the client support #1-888-337-7382 to stop the purchase I positioned on 10-9-11 for VELOURA, a face lotion. I had been completely conscious of the fourteen-day test interval that will end-on April 23 as well as the $89.99 cost that were placed on my charge card soon after I put my purchase.
Originally I called on October 11 since my creditcardis scam division asked the $89.99 cost. The person I talked to explained that that cost could be eliminated in 2 or 3 times (did not occur). And so I chose to stop my purchase since I don't such as the method you handle your company.
Recently I called to request an RMA number. The very first small lady I talked with wouldn't provide me one since "I'd not stored the merchandise until October 28." I actually donot understand where that day originated from, but my suspicious home believed it may be to make sure that I'd to pay for the $89.99. Therefore she declined to provide me the RMA number.in demonstration, I hung-up and called again.
the 2nd young lady offered me the RMA number reluctantly. I'd to lay to her about my reason behind seeking it, and that I do not feel well about this fraud, but she did not wish to provide me the RMA number both.
And So I am delivering the container of VELOURA back and closing my connection with this specific company.
I really hope they've greater fortune with other clients. They will have lost my company.
