Kyra Therapy Inc (Herbalcaredirect.com) based out of Ontario requested for investment and issued a certificate as below for my $5000 investment. Fred is not responding to my emails requesting redemption of my money. The firm is not paying any returns as promised.

VeraNutra Inc. Hereby agrees to the following:
1) To pay the holder of this certificate a monthly royalty of 2.5% of the total gross sales from all above named product sales within the state of Texas.
2) All payments are in U. S Funds and will be issued on or before the 25th day of the month following the actual sale.
3) A summary report showing the monthly gross sales for the State of Texas will be included with all royalty payments.
4) This certificate may be redeemed at face value by the holder. Redemption will be forwarded 120 days from the date of notification.
5) In the event that VeraNutra Inc. Should ever be sold, this certificate will automatically be redeemed for $5,000.00 (US), plus an additional $1,500.00 (US) per year thereafter from the date of issuance of this certificate.
