In July this Pharmacy sent a TAR in for my medication. One month later another TAR was sent in because the dosage was increased. When both TARs were deferred the pharmacy did not inform the doctor of what information was needed. Due to their inability to resolve my TAR I took matters into my own hand, got on the phone, found out what was needed and got everything done. Once done I switched Pharmacies because of their lack of effort. Now the TAR is cleared and they are totally unwilling to run it through the other pharmacy or correctly fill out the TAR because they already have their money, not fair to terminal guy living on limited funds.
