I have to say this company is the biggest Scam I have ever come across in my life. When I ordered the "1 Month FREE Trial offer" I was careful to read the Web sight. At the end of the order form there was a box with OPT out written beside it. I marked that box and was confident my wishes would be respected, Well I was wrong. 70.00 Dollars and 5 Phone calls later I am to the point of screaming. I asked to speak to a supervisor, they connected me and this guy was a complete jerk. I explained to him the "pills" make me sick (I only took two), and I know I checked the Opt out of Auto shipments. He proceded to call me a liar.
I then offered to send the Shipment (that is unopened) Back, He then stated that they do not accept returns, (Get this) Because they are considered perscription drug's!!! I asked him if that were the case, why was I able to order them without a perscription??? Well he said the only way they would accept them is if they were accompanied by a doctors statement, verifying they make me sick. I cannot tell you how irritated I was by this time.
I called Back yesterday to make sure my account was canceled, I spoke to a very nice young lady named Jennifer, she works for this company, but is absolutely disgusted with the (as she put it) Scam this company is pulling. I explained my previous phone calls to her and she stated to me there were no notes on my account in regards to any calls other than the one. But the account was canncelled. She gave me some advice and I will pass this on.
First, Send the "Auto shipment" back with a tracking number, along with a letter of cancelation and a refund request Attn. Credit Dept. P. O Box 18911 Cincinnati Ohio 45218, also fax a copy of the tracking slip and the request for cancelation and refund to (513) 674-4831. Again Attn. Credit Dept. Make sure your Name and address are visible and clear. Once they have received the product (Thank Goodness for tracking) you can hold them responsible for the refund as they have the product and you have proof. I can't say you will get the money back right away but this gives you a leg to stand on. Oh and just a FYI, The " Customer Care associates " Do not have access to the Credit Dept in any way shape or form... Also they have "revamped" the Website we all suckered into. So there is no point in confusing yourself as I did. The OPT out box is gone and they have made changes to the Verbiage used to decribe the "Auto Shipments". This also came from the CSR I spoke with. All in All this company is a "SCAM" Even the employees are aware of this. I hope this info I have given in regards to requesting a refund and making sure " your membership" is cancelled proves to be helpful.
