Ordered a free sample of Avlimil. I paid the $4.50 postage for the product. On 3/29/04 while checking my balance, I noticed a $70.00 charge on my account from ASKAVLIMIL.com. Calling the company, they said that I was enrolled in a matenance program which automatically bills and ships 2 months supply. I promply cancelled and then talked to Chad (customer rep). I asked for a refund but was informed that they do not accept returns of their product.informed him that I have not received the product and that once I do, it will be returned non opened. Chad informed me that he would credit $35 now and $35 when the product is returned. (he was very rude). Called American express and filed a complaint also. They have put a stop on any future payments to Berkley and are doing an investigation into fraud. My fear is that I won't get all of the money back
